History

Ultum is a newly formed company but our collective experience reflects hundreds of years of the best collective knowledge in the industry.

Our company was formed by Terry Melhuish, Sam Furphy and Campbell Walker as a new business to deliver a portfolio of services that met a specific need in the property services market. We are independently operated and structured which allows us to develop and deliver services as client needs change.

Ultum is also part of the UMS group of companies and has the financial backing and support of a $60M plus group. This structure gives Ultum an enviable position in the market, being well resourced enough to have best in industry back of house systems and processes, whilst being able to maintain independence and agility to respond to clients needs.
